Interview tips!
At the interview aim to get as much personal
and professional information about the candidate as possible. Having
a list of questions can be useful. (Please contact the agency if
you require any assistant). If the candidate has been successful
in the first meeting, organise for him/her to meet the children.
We advise you to arrange for the potential candidate to participate
in an activity so that you can see how they interact with the child(ren). |
