Mother Helpers
A Mothers Help have an interest and are keen to work with children. Being mothers help gives them an opportunity to build up experience needed to become a Nanny. They are not qualified and can be Ofsted registered. Mothers Helpers can be live in or out on a full or part time placement. The salary varies depending on individuals experience and type of position. The hourly rate can be from £8 to £9 net per hour. Duties and responsibilities vary depending on experience.

Experienced Mothers Helper
Should have a minimum of 2 years childcare experience with some sole charge care. Have the ability to entertain children indoors and outdoors, prepare basic healthy meals, willing to carry out Nursery and light household duties.
Mothers Helper with little experience
Great for parents who are at home and need an extra pair of hands with childcare and housekeeping. They work under parent’s supervision and once parent is comfortable, can give some sole charge tasks.
