Agency Fees

We are the only London based agency offering 3 options of competitive fees and services to suit individual families.

Please note that all our fees are independent of the candidates’ salary and permanent placements are based on a 12 week probation period.

We strongly suggest offering a trial period before making an official job offer. A trial period for a daily nanny is one day or 2 part days and 2 days for a live-in. The agency does not charge for trial periods, however, the client is responsible to pay for the candidates’ time.

Permenant Placements

Option 1
standard terms with no registration fee

• 6 weeks net salary / minimum fee of £300
• 1 year free payroll service included

Clients will receive a full service with assistant throughout the process and after care. No obligations. Fee only applies once a job offer is made.

Option 2
special terms with £45 registration fee deducted from final invoice/non-refundable

• 4.5 weeks net salary/ minimum fee of £300

Client agrees to solely use Nanny Smarts’ services and allows 10 working days for the agency to introduce suitable candidates. Included, a full service with assistant throughout the process and after care. Fee only applies once a job offer is made.*established since 2004, we have a wide range of candidates available and confident to introduce you to your ideal candidate.

Option 3
pay as you use service with no probation period or registration fee

You will receive as many suitable CV’s of fully vetted candidates

• Interview per candidate at £80
• Hire a candidate at 2.5 weeks of net salary
• Drafting with 2 final hardcopies of employment contract at £65

Temporary Placements

Temporary Placements
placements which exceed over 12 weeks are deemed permanent

• Daily bookings: £25
• Weekly bookings/ 5 consecutive days: £100

Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice or prior to commencement of engagement, which ever is earlier.

If the client cancels a placement after terms have been agreed but before the engagement commences, the client will be liable for 50% of the original placement fee.

VAT is not charged on invoices issued by Nanny Smart Agency
