You will receive as many suitable CV’s and where possible, written references via e-mail. A consultant will contact you to discuss the profiles and answer any questions.
At your request, interviews will be arranged for any candidates that are of interest. Interviews can take place at your family home, office or a local coffee shop. We can provide a list of interview questions to assist.
Gives an opportunity for the client to see how the candidate is hands-on and for the candidate to get a better insight into the job and working environment. Trials minimise the risk of the placement being unsuccessful. Nanny Smart does not charge for trial periods. The client is responsible to pay the candidate direct for his or her time.
If the trial was successful and you would like to make a job offer, we require the client to e-mail the offer which will be forwarded to the candidate, requesting confirmation of acceptance.
AFTER CARE & ONGOING SUPPORT
Placement check with both parties is carried out during the probation period. The check is an opportunity to share feedback and identify any issues or make necessary changes. On-going support throughout the placement is offered.
We can assist with drafting an employment contract so it meets the job requirements, and put you in touch with a payroll company who will take care of all tax matters.
