FEES & TERMS

We offer a lower introduction fee for Clients that agree to give us exclusivity. This means the Client agrees not to engage with other recruitment sources.

Both fee options offer 12 weeks probation period. Majority of London based agencies offer eight weeks.

Our exclusivity option is popular with Clients that come recommended. To get a feel of the high standard service we deliver, read our reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook. Est. since 2004, we have a large database of candidates and are confident that we can introduce the ideal candidate.

We strongly suggest offering a trial period before making a job offer. Trial periods for daily candidates can be a 2 part-days, for example, one morning and then one afternoon or a full-day. Live-in candidates can stay overnight. The agency does not charge for trial periods however, the client is responsible to pay the candidate.

If the client does not confirm the preferred option before the search commences, option 1 will apply.

Temporary & Maternity placements

Placements which exceed over 12 weeks are deemed permanent

  • Daily bookings at £25
  • Weekly bookings/5 consecutive days at £100
  • Payments are required before the placement commences.
  • 50% is charged on any cancellations

 Afterschool Placements

Afterschool nanny roles are charged at 10% of the candidate’s annual gross salary.

This fee reflects the significant investment of time, resources and expertise to source, vet, and secure exceptional talent who are not actively seeking full-time positions.

This pivotal time of day is when children transition from school to home, a moment that requires stability, warmth, and reliability. Because of the part-time nature of these roles, we dedicate extra care to matching families with candidates who can provide long-term consistency and flexibility. A well-matched placement means less disruption for your child and greater peace of mind for you.

OPTION 1:

Standard terms with no registration fee

10% of the candidate annual gross salary/minimum fee of £300
12 weeks probation period

No obligations. Fee only applies once a job offer is made and accepted.

OPTION 2:

Exclusivity terms with £45 registration fee deducted from final invoice/non-refundable

7% of the candidate annual gross salary/minimum fee of £300
12 weeks probation period
