Every candidate undergoes a rigorous screening process starting with a phone call and if successful, in person or video registration. We offer a transparent vetting service, and our final stage includes sharing the candidate vetting file with the employer. This includes: –
- qualification and training certificates
- Identification, proof of address and if applicable Right To Work checks
- Enhanced police check with a 99% of our candidates checks registered on the government update service.
- Social media scan and share handles.
- Reference checks. We invite potential employers to contact referees prior to the job offer to ensure they meet their satisfaction.
Most permanent placements take 1–4 weeks, depending on requirements. Urgent placements may be completed sooner if suitable candidates are available.
We maintain a substantial and actively growing database of registered candidates. Our consistent high engagement across social media platforms and a large subscriber base for our newsletter ensure we are continually attracting and registering highly qualified new personnel every day.
Salaries are determined by several factors: the staff member’s experience, the complexity and scope of the role (e.g., live-in vs. live-out, travel requirements, number of properties), and the current London/international market rates for high-calibre professionals.
Gross or Nett
Salaries are best discussed and agreed upon in Gross terms. The Gross salary figure includes:
- The employee’s take-home pay (Net Salary).
- Income Tax(PAYE).
- National Insurance Contributions(both the employee and employer portions).
Discussing salary on a Gross basis simplifies the budgeting process for the employer and ensures the employment relationship remains compliant with HMRC regulations, avoiding any future confusion regarding tax and legal obligations.

We offer two fee options. Both options offer 12-weeks probation period.
Option 1 charges 10% of the employees annual gross salary.
Our exclusivity fee option 2 charges a lower percentage of 7% is popular with clients that are recommended and clients that seek to keep their profile confidential, engaging with one agency.
