Overview
Our client is a warm, professional couple with a passion for outdoor and sporting activities. Both are working professionals and are seeking an experienced, career nanny looking for a long-term position and the opportunity to become a valued part of the family.
The family is based in a beautiful area of the UK, offering countryside surroundings while remaining close to local towns, markets, and amenities.
Role & Responsibilities
The nanny will work collaboratively with the mother in a shared-care capacity, taking sole charge when required. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the babies’ daily routines
- Attending local groups and classes
- Creating a stimulating and nurturing environment through activities such as singing, reading, and play
- Supporting all areas of development: social, physical, intellectual, and emotional
- Assisting with developmental milestones
- Travelling with the family when required
- During nap times, and when appropriate, the nanny will also assist with light housekeeping duties related to the children, including laundry and helping to keep the household running smoothly.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ nanny experience, ideally with twin babies
- Formal childcare qualification desirable (but not essential)
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Checkable references
- Previous experience working in a shared-care role with parents
- Confident, positive, and proactive personality
- Strong focus on early years development and ability to plan engaging activities
- Confident driver
- Willingness to travel with the family

Overview
A warm and welcoming family of five with three school-aged boys, is seeking a proactive, organised, and calm nanny to join their household. Mum is at home and enjoys being very hands-on, so the role will involve working alongside her to ensure the smooth running of busy family life. Dad often travels for work.
The boys attend school in Westminster and enjoy a variety of sports and after-school clubs across London. The ideal candidate will be a confident and patient driver who enjoys driving and navigating London calmly and safely.
During the week 2–3 days can be particularly busy with tight schedules that the boys are well accustomed to. The right person will be someone who manages time well, stays calm under pressure, and can keep things running smoothly.
On the 2–3 days when Mum does the school runs, the nanny will have time to focus on domestic duties related to the boys, including:
- Family laundry and ironing
- Keeping bedrooms and bathrooms clean and organised
- Wardrobe management
- There is a separate housekeeper/cook, so no cooking is required
Key requirements
This position would suit an experienced nanny who enjoys working with school-aged children, particularly boys, and who has experience supporting children in high-achieving academic environments.
You’ll be adaptable, have excellent teamworking skills and bring a calm, can-do attitude to your work.
The domestic side of this role will suit someone who take pride in their work, good management with laundry and keeping the boys bedrooms/bathrooms clean and tidy.
